What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, uses your fingertips to ”tap” on acupressure or meridian points on the hands, face, and body while focusing on the thoughts, feelings, and situations causing distress. This light stimulation helps regulate the nervous system, so you feel calmer and less stressed in a matter of minutes. Hello! My name is Corey Snowden and I am a trauma informed, certified and accredited EFT Practitioner. I have a flair for helping people enhance their performance in their careers as well as overcoming obstacles in and outside of the office. This includes managing stress by building resilience and tolerance within the nervous system, understanding why fear is so prevalent, working through past traumas and easing factors that keep chronic pain activated. Prior to becoming a practitioner, I spent decades as a legal professional, corporate ladder climber and a writer for non-profits. Ironically, it was through a grueling health challenge that I discovered EFT. The results from using EFT were so impressive, and in a short time that it caused a shift in my entire life and career. I am a walking testament to the effectiveness of EFT as without it, I would not be walking. Literally.
